Job description

  • Promotes medical equipments and medical products to both public and private hospitals;
  • Contacts and visits clients/potential clients in order to promote the products and company image;
  • Keeping the relation between the company and the specialists from hospitals;
  • Monitor the inventory for specific instrument’s and assures that all the necessaries instruments are in place for interventions;
  • Responsible for preparing and delivering product presentations to the potential users and decision makers;
  • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the specific marketing actions for the awareness of the benefits of the technology;
  • Fulfils the target established by the company sales management regarding the sales;
  • Analyses on a current basis the relationship between supplier and client, monitors the satisfaction level of the clients and makes proposals for optimization;
  • Prospects periodically the market, updates the database and identifies new potential clients,
    analyses the market, prices, trends and needs of the visited clients;
  • Prepares activity reports and other special reports required by the Sales management;

Requirements

  • Experience in sales;
  • Experience in sales of medical devices/medical consumables – is an advantage;
  • Experience in relationship with medical centers, hospitals and decision making medical staff;
  • University degree in medicine (general medicine, biomedical engineer, veterinary);
  • Good knowledge of hart anatomy;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to travel at national level;
  • Clean B driving license;
  • Utilize consultative sales strategies demonstrating effective questioning techniques, acquisition of new information, and insight into problems/needs of client to generate viable solutions which consider technical, analytical and organizational needs;
  • Highly motivated, independent, self-starter that requires minimal direction;
  • Ability to take personal action to pursue goals;
  • Creates an initial and lasting positive impression and relationship with prospects, clients and other employees; exemplifies high standards in the areas of business integrity, ethics, dress, energy, and professional conduct in order to return individual and organizational success;
  • Extremely adept at maintaining strong business relationships with contacts at all levels of our customer’s organizations; but in particular build and maintain effective working relationships with hospitals and decision making medical staff;
