4Tree is looking for his client, Robotics Clinical Sales Specialist.

 Our client provide thousands of patients with innovative medical technologies (Minimally Invasive Surgery & Vital Organs Replacement such as heart & kidney) as well as with specialized medical services for patients with chronic conditions.

Job description

  • The Clinical Specialist will be an expert in Da Vinci Robot and will be in charge with the organization of the interventions;
  • Clinical support for surgery team regarding the correct utilization of the robot;
  • Keeping the relation between the company and the specialists from hospitals;
  • Provides accurate information and trainings regarding the main indications for robotic surgical interventions and its benefits;
  • Monitor the inventory for specific instrument’s and assures that all the necessaries instruments are in place for interventions.
  • responsible for preparing and delivering product presentations to the potential users and decision makers
  • responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the specific marketing actions for the awareness of the benefits of the technology

Requirements

  • University degree in medicine ( surgery or general medicine);
  • Accustomed with OR environment would be a plus;
  • English fluent, mandatory
  • Experience in sales 3-5 years;
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to travel at national level;
  • Utilize consultative sales strategies demonstrating effective questioning techniques, acquisition of new information, and insight into problems/needs of client to generate viable solutions which consider technical, analytical and organizational needs;
  • Highly motivated, independent, self-starter that requires minimal direction;
  • Creates an initial and lasting positive impression and relationship with prospects, clients and other employees; exemplifies high standards in the areas of business integrity, ethics, dress, energy, and professional conduct in order to return individual and organizational success;
  • Extremely adept at maintaining strong business relationships with contacts at all levels of our customer’s organizations; but in particular build and maintain effective working relationships with executive level contacts;
